Caption: For nearly a year I headed to the popular Yallingup surf break to photograph the sunset, wading out through the rocks to get the water washing over them in a long exposure. This gave me the opportunity to photograph many, many different sunsets and wave movements, this photograph was taking during the most amazing sunset I’ve experienced at Yallingup, by far. It is a “long exposure” using dark filters (like sunglasses) to darken everything down, allowing me to capture not only the movement of the water, but every wavelength of colour available to the camera.
