“Paul joined Aurora Expeditions in Antarctica to photograph the destination and our expedition experience on behalf of our marketing department. Not only did he deliver amazing photographs for our marketing campaigns, he also presented us with some fantastic opportunities and exposure across his social media platforms and other publications. Paul’s images were on brief and provided in a timely manner post trip. He also received glowing feedback from our on-board team due to his professionalism and patience – especially when passengers needed to be prioritised over photography. I would not hesitate to engage Paul in further projects in the future – he’s one in a million!” – Emma Savage – Aurora Expeditions

“Due to Paul’s reputation as a person who not only creates amazing imagery, but one who consistently meets a clients’ brief on time and on budget, we decided to utilise him on our Virtual Tours project. Paul travelled to each one of our remote sites to create virtual tours of them all.

Paul was faced with the extremely difficult task of creating virtual tours for oil platforms, onshore and offshore gas plants in extreme heat and floating production facilities (huge ships). He managed to capture them all with a minimum of disruption to daily operational activities.

The benefits we have seen from our virtual tours are still surfacing one year onwards, however, the largest benefits have been:

– Saving on travel costs as we no longer need to send people up to sites for non essential work. (insurance companies for example have used the tours for their initial assessments)
– Head office has a better understanding of what the remote facilities look like and the challenges faced by people working at those sites.

I personally wouldn’t hesitate to use Paul again on such a complex project.” – Jamie Paterson – Apache Energy

“I cannot recommend Paul Pichugin more highly for his exceptional talent and skills in his field. The quality photography, utmost professionalism, timely execution and unique style of his work has been proven over and over again with his amazing work with our hotel group – Paul has visited and captured our properties and hotels in Port Hedland, Carnarvon, Karijini National Park and more – along with providing the most amazing virtual tour for our five star multi award winning Perth property – The BEST WESTERN PREMIER Terrace Hotel and shortly the BEST WESTERN Ascot Serviced Apartments. I am confident Paul’s creativity and expertise will add value to any business that utilises his services.” – Amanda Hoyne – The Hospitality Group

Cambodian Boys

“I had the pleasure of co leading a trip to Cambodia back in December and he was such a wonderful asset to our time in country. Paul is not only an excellent photographer but a very detailed oriented teacher and group leader. He’s thorough work and follow up with our group as well as light hearted personality was a perfect fit for taking people from around the world and exposing them to a new culture that was for many very much outside their comfort zone.

I look forward to continued work and teaching opportunities with Paul in the future. He is one of the most driven photographer’s I’ve had the chance of meeting and continues to inspire my progression not only in the art of photography but also the development of the business side as well.” – Peyton Hale – The Giving Lens
